QuestCare provides a range of personal, home and community supports to adults and children with a disability and their families, and ensures that support workers have the most thorough training and up-to-date skills in the sector by educating them through it’s own vocational training company Quest Training.
Using a person-centred support model, QuestCare staff can work with you to develop a plan that best meets your needs, facilitating independence and fostering community participation.
QuestCare employs more than 140 staff trained in all aspects of disability, including high support needs. Our staff speak more than 30 languages and enjoy organising social activities such as soccer, cooking, photography, dancing, swimming and yoga. We emphasise professional, person-focused service tailored to each individual, and our coordinators take the time to sit down with you and your family to discuss your needs and plan how we can best meet them by matching you to the most appropriate staff and activities.
The NDIS is about how QuestCare can work with you to help you achieve your goals.
We also don’t go it alone – we work with our partner organisations so that you can be assured of the best available support.
It is QuestCare’s aim to provide support to people so that they can make choices to live their lives their way, opening up a whole new world of endless possibilities
