QuestCare will endeavor to ensure you have consistent staff. We try to match you with a Support Worker and if you are both satisfied we will then confirm ongoing shifts for you with that worker.
Yes. Our on-call number is available from 4.30pm Monday – Friday, Weekends and public holidays. Further, there is always one of our senior managers available to assist if the emergency requires this.
Yes and we encourage this to ensure you get a good match. QuestCare will charge you for ‘meet & greets’ and ‘buddy shifts’
QuestCare adheres to the NDIS price guide. Fees are charged in line with the guidelines and costs will vary depending on the time of day, weekend or public holidays. Please ask one of our Case Managers to explain this to you in detail
